ASI Begins Design and Construction of Additional Location
ASI, in partnership with Sunbelt Builders www.sunbeltbuilders.com, is pleased to announce the construction of a 4th claims processing center. The new facility will be the 3rd building on the ASI campus in Conyers Georgia. This additional space will augment the existing buildings on the campus and house a variety of ASI departments.

In support of our core values and dedication to excellence, ASI customer service team members completed an intense, custom designed workshop focused on sustaining a culture of customer service excellence. This unique training program combines ASI Claims' standard operating procedures with real life role play and interactive demonstrations that empower our customer service team members to gain experience and share feedback in a safe learning environment. The Customer Service Module was the first workshop of the new ASI Culture of Excellence Training Series targeted to customer service representatives, their managers, and other key support people within the organization.

ASI Completes Integration with NADA
ASI and The National Automobile Dealers Association have completed a systems integration to provide ASI with real-time triage of potential total loss vehicles. This integration allows ASI to identify a potential total loss at the earliest stage of the claims process. The early identification reduces rental cost and provides quicker resolution of total loss claims for the consumer.

ASI and CARFAX have completed a systems integration to streamline the processing of vehicle history reports to benefit ASI clients. ASI Begins Construction of Redundant Internet
ASI in partnership with Comcast has started the construction phase of installing a second internet service to provide full internet redundancy. This additional layer will provide ASI full fiber internet capabilities in the event ASI's primary service provider experiences an outage.

ASI Promotes Richard Elder to head of Auto Training & Development
Richard began his career with ASI in November of 2010. He came to ASI after 26 years of collision management experience in local collision center for a major dealership. Richard holds a Ford Motor Company Master Certified Body Shop Manager designation as well as the Ford Blue Oval Certification.

ASI Begins Build Out of Additional Location

ASI is pleased to announce the construction of an additional claim processing office which will be located in the Georgia 400 Center in Alpharetta Georgia. This location offers a wide variety of local amenities as well as a broad local base of seasoned insurance professionals to add to the ASI team. The new claims center will also house redundant phone, fax and backup systems to further enhance ASI's disaster recovery options.

ASI has contracted with WARCO Contracting & Developing to building a new Auto Claims Service Center at our corporate campus. The new facility will house our standard auto unit, a new Vehicle Claim Drive-In office, and a large training center.

ASI Launches New Web Enabled Version of Claim System
ASI is pleased to announce the launch of our enhanced web-enabled claim system. The system now allows clients and employees access to real-time assignment documents and management reports. Additional upgrades are also under development including internal and field assignment intelligent dispatch, estimating system data translation, and additional administrative and reporting functionality. ASI has also been approached by several Independent Claim Providers regarding acquiring a license to implement the software for there businesses.

ASI Mourns the Loss of Brian Wynne
We are saddened to announce the loss of long time employee Brian Wynne. Brian was employed at ASI since December 2000. ASI's offices will be closed the afternoon of Tuesday May 29th for all ASI employees to attend Brian's services. Please keep his family in your prayers. He will be greatly missed.

ASI Partners with 2 Catastrophe Companies for Virtual Estimating
ASI is pleased to announce a new service offering for catastrophe claims. ASI, the premier Estimate Review and Audit vendor in the US, is piloting a Virtual Estimating solution for two leading Independent Catastrophe firms.

The service is designed to reduce cycle times and errors written by appraisers and adjusters in the field. The on scene estimator relays all pertinent scope information while ASI creates the estimate in real time. The estimator then uploads all appropriate documentation including photos and diagrams. Further, ASI's expert auditors complete the final report after all material and labor costs are verified and submit all the completed package to the client "same day". This program is effective for auto and property/homeowner losses.
