ASI Estimate Review Services History:
Audit Services Incorporated, also widely known as, ASI, was founded in 1998 just outside Atlanta Georgia. Since opening its doors, ASI has seen a dramatic increase in estimate review and desk review assignment volume by providing high quality service and results. ASI has extensive experience in handling reviews on automobiles, trucks, marine, heavy equipment, off road vehicles, tractors, trailers, recreational vehicles, homeowner's losses, personal property, commercial property, utility claims, municipality (public) losses, water mitigation & specialty items. Inclusive are varying claim circumstances such as first & third party claims, demand negotiations and post repair audits.

Competitive Analysis:
ASI is recognized as an industry leader in outsourced claims audit performance. Estimate review strengths include utilization of proprietary data and systems to facilitate best in class cycle time available while securing solid agreed figures, reduced supplement ratios, and competitive realized net audit variance.

Organizational Structure:
ASI has in excess of 200 full time employees broke out into 4 divisions; vehicle, property, subrogation and field services. We manage based on a team concept where ASI has multiple units or pods that handle claims regionally and/or based on client centric needs. This concept enables team members to become more consistent with resources, specific guidelines, local laws & practices, as well as certain licensing restrictions.

Internal Performance Planning:
Much of ASI's internal planning resources are being directed to the institution of new technologies. ASI is currently able to fully communicate assignment activity electronically. Management reporting ability is unmatched with customized and real time reports available on virtually any data captured during the claims process. Our platform, short and long term, will allow more efficient communication, save time and money, and create an easier vendor / client relationship. ASI also has the ability to develop an electronic interconnect to our clients' internal systems to facilitate seamless dispatch and upload capability to realize additional efficiencies. Additional internal planning includes implementation of new technologies, practices and partnerships to maintain our level of superior performance.

ASI strives to meet all of the Insurance Services Organization "best practices" for claims handling regarding all segments in which we are involved.

Best Practice / Market Innovation:
This may actually sound simple, but we have an extraordinary "Best Practice" that is actually different than many of our competitors. ASI's main goal is "to secure a solid agreed figure for the actual cost of repairs". It sounds simple, and it is. We handle repair negotiations they same way our clients want them handled by their own internal staff. We include legitimate prices for legitimate repairs and eliminate overcharges. We also insure strict compliance to our client's stated guidelines and all laws and insurance regulations. We are respected by repairers because we are firm, but fair.
